Happy New Year Everyone

Well, it has been a vastly different end of a year and beginning of a new one. Despite of all that has changed and what is going on I do hope you have enjoyed your Christmas and New Year.

Maria and I have had a nice break and thinking back it has been 12 Months since we had a our last one. It has truly been a year that we will all remember that is for sure.2021 has not started off as well as we all hoped with this new strain of Covid, but now the vaccine is here hopefully within the next few Months things might start to get back to normal.

Anyway, enough of all of this we have our first sale of 2021 next weekend. It is another two-day event and its starts at 11.00am on Saturday 9^th January which is only 7 days away. The sale consists of 1,267 lots, split over the two days.

Its nice to see the response that you have shown in this event, many of you registering in the first few hours of the catalogue being uploaded to all our four bidding platforms. Also, I have seen that you have taken notice of what I was saying about placing auto bids.

Stoke on Trent is now in tier 4 which means we can not allow anyone into the saleroom to view or to bid. So, we have decided to extend our virtual viewing from three days to five days. Commencing on Monday 4^th January from 9.00am to 3.00pm and the same for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. As for bidding we have again had to say we are on-line only.

We have also decided to extend our free storage for items purchased, we are also still offering a pack and send service, using Royal Mail. In addition to this you can of course arrange for your own pack and send courier. If you decide on doing this, we will have to make it clear that packing by a third party can not be done in our premises, this means either they pack in their vehicle or take items away as is. International customers please note that we do not ship abroad, we will for a small fee professionally pack your items, but you will have to arrange your own courier. We have contact details for a selection of these companies which we will pass on to anyone who needs them.

We are still offering a pickup and drop off service using our goods in and goods out clean area. Customers deciding to pick up or Vendors dropping off will have to book a slot before coming to the saleroom. Also, you must decide whether you feel that your journey is safe and legal before setting off.
