Just to keep you all updated about this Sunday's sale 22nd March 2020 in respect of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

Due to Boris Johnson PM announcement yesterday 20^th March 2020 that all pubs, restaurants, gyms and other social venues across the country had to close their doors that evening and for the foreseeable future. We have decided that A.S.H. Auctions does fit into that criteria and so tomorrow’s auction Sunday 22^nd March will be held behind closed doors.We feel that in doing this we are doing our bit to help fight this dreadful disease.

To do this we have and are undergoing some changes, so we can keep our services going to you all.

1: Viewing.  The first thing is because there will be NO viewing times,we are willing to do more condition reports.This will be difficult for tomorrows sale because of the time scale,but as long as you let us know what items you want checking before 11.00am tomorrow morning, we will endeavour to get back to you with results before the sale starts at 2.00pm

2:Payment of goods. We are NOT accepting payments of invoices by cash .Payment can be made by debit card,or by bank transfer.If making payment by debit card  please phone us on 01782 792585 or 07778 347125 or 07864 046382. We will take your card details over the phone You can do this from 6.30am on Monday 23^rd March to 5.00pm.On Tuesday from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Wednesday from 9.00am to 4.00pm..

3:Collection of goods.If you are collecting in person or sending a third party you must telephone us on arrival using the telephone numbers in section 2:You will then be told what do do. We are putting into place new pick up procedures which will be secure and safe for both yourselves and our staff.

4:Goods in ( Vendors bring items to the sale).Items that you want us to enter into the sales will be accepted on Monday’s ,Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.00am to 2.00pm.Telephone us on arrival using the telephone numbers in section 2:You will then be told what do do. We are putting into place new drop off procedures which will be secure and safe for both yourselves and our staff.

5:Sending goods out via post: We again are looking into more ways we can send your goods out by courier. As we are sure that you are customers will want your items sent out rather than coming and picking them up.

These are very difficult times for all of us .and here at A.S.H. Auctions we will try our very best to keep things going.
