(Black Ryden was set up by Hugh Edwards of Moorcroft in 2003 as a follow on from the creation of the Cobridge Stoneware factory in 1998. A small group of Moorcroft artists were brought in to produce the designs including well known names such as Emma Bossons, Kerry Goodwin, Sian Leeper and Anita Harris. Unfortunately it ceased production in 2005 making Black Ryden products quite rare and much sought after.)
